Ok, General info on the hats (most of them anyway).

These are solid hats very much like the NEW ERA 59fifty style. They are flat billed and not really intended to be worn otherwise (unless you want) but the wear and tear that I have put on them has been keeping them flat or possibly bent up “suicidal” style. They are regular/larger sized hats…I would say, and I only say that because I have had a couple ladies buy them and comment on how big they are on their head….just putting that out there. Most of them are black at this point but I will be doing some other colors in the future. I will also be doing a small run of the “square” billed hats in the future. They will all be dated, or numbered on the inside and if they are part of a set they will have a count as to how many are in that particular set. Most will have the PLZ/THX “praying” hands patch on the front, but some will have the square PLZ/THX logo patch every now and again, but that one is a pain in the ass to get straight, so I won’t be using it as much. I am doing the art on the underside of the bill a little differently now and think it is looking pretty good. Basically its a sewn patch….one layer is the art side and the backside is a thicker black canvas….it’s basically like a large “iron on” style patch. (see pics) I sew them all and use a homemade “JIG” and industrial fabric glue to make sure they are solid. Keep in mind almost every hats bill is a little different in size and they are not all a “perfect” fit, but hey, that’s how we like it. I will ship them with extra stuff when I can, I will combine shipping, I will trade stuff and basically do what I can to make you happy. If for some reason anything happens to one of the hats and you want me to repair it I totally will for free.
